Majlis Room Moving Cost in Jeddah

An Arabic floor majlis consists of wooden or foam bases, backrests and armrests, sometimes twenty or thirty medium-weight pieces that need wrapping to keep the fabric clean and strapping so they do not shift in the truck. A modern majlis of large sofas and separate armchairs has fewer but heavier pieces, and may need legs and backs removed to pass the door.

In a villa the majlis is usually on the ground floor near the entrance, so carrying is easy and the truck is close. A majlis in a fourth-floor flat with a small lift means every backrest and base goes up and down in batches, or a large sofa descends the stairs on straps.
